Abstract:

The elaboration deals with protection of the rights of people from national and ethnic minorities. The main problem is to establish – regarding existing solutions in the international law – whether we can say about shaping the separated category of rights holder , so-called collective/solidarity rights, or the subject is an individual that belongs to a national or ethnic minority.
