Abstract:

The article concerns the issue of the influence of Buddhism on the construction of the norms of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Bhutan of 2008. The study is of a legal nature. Both political solutions and issues related to the state symbolism of the Kingdom of Bhutan were analyzed. The article shows a possible way of interpreting the commented provisions, at the same time pointing to their axiological justification.
