Abstract:

The article examines the Polish regulations and provides analysis of legal matters of the prevention of domestic violence. The aim is to present current Polish penalty regulations and civil law instruments. The main tool in this area is to provide separation between the perpetrator and the victim. One of the measures imposed is the order to temporarily leave the premises occupied by the victim.
