This article presents amendment of enforcement proceedings in regard of bank accounts (art. 889–8934 of Polish Civil Procedure Code), that entered into force on 8th September 2016, including the introduction of ICT system and thus the change of method of communication between law enforcement officials and banks. Changes concerning attachment of bank account with document issued to the owner’s name and overlap of civil and administrative enforcement proceedings as well as terminological modifications are also covered in the article.
