A reasoning behind this article is a matter of subject and purpose of proceeding to secure assets in divorce cases. By thorough analysis of said proceeding it was proved that these provisions are useful tools in conducting civil trial during which a judge is caring out security. The author attempted to present main thoughts on the matter of proceedings to secure assets in divorce cases. The thesis was introduced that the claim shall be subject of the trial. Herein elaboration displays the essence of securing assets in divorce proceedings.
