Abstract:

The purpose of this article is to describe development and the formal aspect of the institution of recall in Venezuela. The referendum on recalling Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez in 2005 is a backbone of this paper. In this essey I anylaze the issue of political opponents struggle for holding referendum. I shall have to run through the course of this process and how votes were counting.
