Abstract:

In legal theory succession means devolution of rights and obligations of the diseased person – estate-leaver to his heir according to succession law norms. Due to this point, you need to realize that not only the property transfers by the current legislation as it has a high priority while succession, but the law of obligations as well. That’s why, determining the legal aspects of non-commercial organizations, we had many ques-tions due to the succession of obligation law in the fund. Special aspect of the funds is that they are established by founders. So the question is - what will happen with the fund after the death of its founders where the supreme body is a meeting of founders
