Abstract:
The article addresses the problem of reducing organizational and systemic obstacles of transferring technology into the economy. It describes the actions of entities involved in the commercialization related to a flexible approach to the subject of commercialization, shaping of the internal system and external relations, as well as initiating legislative changes towards removal of the obstacles related to the transfer of knowledge.
Artykuł porusza problem niwelowania organizacyjnych i systemowych barier transferu technologii do gospodarki. Opisuje działania jednostek zajmujących się komercjalizacją związane z elastycznym podejściem do przedmiotu komercjalizacji, kształtowaniem systemu wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych relacji oraz inicjowania zmian prawnych w kierunku niwelowania barier transferu wiedzy.
