Abstract:

The article deals with the function of public administration bodies in the field of real estate management. At the outset, the concept of a function is presented, noting its ambiguity, and the functions of administration, which have already been discussed many times in the doctrine of administrative law, are also briefly discussed. Based on the conclusions of these analyses, as well as a brief characteristic of real estate management, the following functions have been distinguished and described: economic and organizational, judicial, and control and supervisory functions of the public administration body performing tasks in the field of real estate management.
