Abstract:

The article will concern reflection on the state of Polish parliamentary democracy related to be currently facing a crisis. The crisis is resulted of decreasing of voter turnout in particular elections. The intention of the author of the text is not a complex presentation of the problem. The text is only an attempt to answer the question whether the electoral process in its current form is a sufficient guarantee of functioning of democracy.
