Abstract:

Public procurement is part of the public finance system. They define the rules and procedures for spending public funds in Poland, to which both public sector entities and non-public sector entities spending public funds and all those wishing to obtain public contracts apply. For many years, the need for simplification of procurement procedures has been emphasized. In the Polish public procurement system one of the answers to the above mentioned needs and expectations of public procurement market participants was the introduction of an amendment to the Public Procurement Law of 22 June 2016. The amendment of the Act - Public Procurement Law and some other bills of the social contracting institutions and other specific services.
