Abstract:

The article presents voluntary sector’s importance in function healthcare facilities by the example of work not-for-profit organization in surgery department in Jelenia Góra’s hospital. Article’s authors are: phd student in faculty of Law, Administration and Economics Wroclaw University and doctor in surgery department in Jelenia Góra’s hospital. That’s why the authors says about academic and hands-on topics. The article draw attention to organization funding’s purposes, local identity and funding’s problems.
