Abstract:

Act of local law as part of the legal order and must have a certain form, content and publication. However the analysis of the law at local level indicates a number of irregularities, including the issuing of provisions in breach of the statutory mandate, the introduction internal management acts of the universally applicable standards, the lack of publication inconsistencies of legal solutions, duplication of the content of statutory acts or their ambiguities
