Abstract:

The degree and extent of destructive influence of certain institutional and procedural elements of the internal political sphere of modern Ukraine, due to the implementation of the latent interests of prominent individual and group representatives of the postnew ruling political class as the dominant vector of socio-political, socio-economic and informational activity in the country. The facade of democracy is highlighted by functioning political institutions in Ukraine, behind whose scenes the activity was actually concealing the opacity of the authorities, corruption schemes, ignoring the law, neglecting elementary human rights, etc. Political mimicry of the odious representatives of the Yanukovych regime, corruption, imitation of economic and legal reforms that characterize the current stage of Ukraine’s development constitute the most serious internal threat to the existence of the Ukrainian state in the conditions of the undeclared hybrid war on the part of the Russian Federation in general and to ensure the modernization of all spheres of public life of the country. In these circumstances, it is quite obvious that there is a very risky scenario for the further expansion of the boundaries and the nature of simulation virtual democracy and mimicry to the new institutional and procedural forms of the current hybrid political regime  

Stopień i zakres destrukcyjnego wpływu pewnych instytucjonalnych i proceduralnych elementów wewnętrznej sfery politycznej współczesnej Ukrainy, ze względu na realizację ukrytych interesów wybitnych przedstawicieli indywidualnych i grupowych postmodernistycznej klasy politycznej, jako dominującej w świecie aktywności społeczno-politycznej, społeczno-gospodarczej i informacyjnej. Fasada demokracji jest podkreślana przez funkcjonujące instytucje polityczne w Ukrainie, za których sceną działalności faktycznie ukrywane są nieprzejrzystość władz, korupcję, ignorowanie prawa, zaniedbywanie elementarnych praw człowieka itp. Mimikria polityczna odrażających przedstawicieli reżimu W. Janukowycza, korupcja, imitacja reform gospodarczych i prawnych, które charakteryzują obecny etap rozwoju Ukrainy, stanowią najpoważniejsze wewnętrzne zagrożenie dla istnienia państwa ukraińskiego w warunkach niezgłoszonej wojny hybrydowej ze strony całej Federacji Rosyjskiej oraz w celu zapewnienia modernizacji wszystkich branż życia publicznego kraju. W tych okolicznościach jest całkiem oczywiste, że istnieje bardzo ryzykowny scenariusz dalszego poszerzania granic i charakteru symulacji wirtualnej demokracji i mimikrii wobec nowych instytucjonalnych i proceduralnych form obecnego hybrydycznego reżimu politycznego
