• Abstract:
  
  
  A document is a carrier of information that allows one to get acquainted with its content. The information may be recorded in the document in the form of an image, sound or both image and sound. Article 308 of the Code of Civil Procedure concerns the possibility of taking evidence from such documents. The provisions on visual inspection and documentary evidence applies to this kind of evidence. Regulations do not determine any other legal differences between these documents and traditional documents containing text.;
  
  
  
  Dokument jest nośnikiem informacji umożliwiającym zapoznanie się z jego treścią. Informacja może zostać utrwalona w dokumencie w postaci obrazu, dźwięku lub obrazu i dźwięku. W art. 308 k.p.c. przewidziano możliwość przeprowadzenia dowodu z takich dokumentów. Do tego dowodu stosuje się przepisy o oględzinach i dowodach z dokumentów. Przepisy nie przewidują innych różnic prawnych między tymi dokumentami a tradycyjnymi dokumentami zawierającymi tekst.
