In the paper, three examples are discussed: first, the accessibility of the aid guaranteed by the so-called anti-crisis shields to foreign entrepreneurs; second, the justifiability of nuancing the premises of granting state protective benefits during the Covid epidemic (especially in the context of the usage of the expressions \u201cidentical\u201d and \u201cthe same\u201d); third, an example related to the identification of the forms of the activities of public administration, in the context of the recourse to the law as a means of protecting the rights of an entrepreneur. These examples serve to show the problems caused by faulty legislation."],"pl":["Systemowość i czytelność języka prawnego nie jest mocną stroną regulacji ustawy covidowej. W artykule na trzech przykładach wykazano zatem problemy inspirowane wadliwie konstruowanym prawem.
