Two research problems were analyzed. First of all, the study is an attempt to answer the question of what the relations between the regulations provided for in the Commercial Companies Code and the provisions provided for in the Civil Code regarding the representation of capital companies by proxies are. Secondly, it discusses the terms and circumstances under which it is permissible to represent capital companies through the civil representatives."],"pl":["Artykuł stanowi syntetyczny przegląd regulacji prawnych i poglądów doktryny dotyczących zasad udziału prokurentów i pełnomocników w procesie reprezentowania spółek kapitałowych. Artykuł został oparty na metodzie badań dogmatycznych i analizie danych zastanych. W artykule zostały przeanalizowane dwa problemy badawcze kluczowe dla wskazanej tematyki. Opracowanie jest przede wszystkim próbą odpowiedzi na pytanie, jakie są relacje pomiędzy regulacjami przewidzianymi w Kodeksie Spółek Handlowych a przepisami przewidzianymi w Kodeksie cywilnym w zakresie reprezentacji spółek kapitałowych przez prokurentów.
