The first part presents the definition of an evidentiary agreement, the issue of its admissibility before the amendment to the Code of Civil Procedure by the Act of 4 July 2019, the time of its conclusion and content, as well as the legal nature of the evidentiary agreement. The conducted research may enable a more complete understanding of this institution and at the same time make it easier for the parties to conclude appropriate agreements and for the courts to make a more accurate assessment."],"pl":["W opracowaniu omówiono nową instytucję w polskim systemie prawa procesowego cywilnego \u2014 umowę dowodową. Charakterystyka przeprowadzona w I części miała na celu przybliżenie: definicji umowy dowodowej, problematyki jej dopuszczalności przed nowelizacją kodeksu postępowania cywilnego ustawą z dnia 4 lipca 2019 roku, czasu jej zawarcia i treści, a także charakteru prawnego umowy dowodowej.
