These efforts, supervised by European Commission, depend on the economic and social situation of particular member countries. Some EU countries for years have been maintaining a policy stimulating the development of new flexible arrangements in the labour markets, including flexible forms of employment, but other countries\u2019 approach to this type of transformation is highly skeptical.
