• Abstract:
  
  
  The article explores the peculiarities of developing state policies to counter disinformation during the pre-war period and under martial law in Ukraine. The impact of the development of modern communication technologies on the transformation of the information space is examined, including the emergence of new societal and social media phenomena. Changes in the Ukrainian media landscape and innovations in its reform during 2022–2023 are analyzed. The specifics of the destructive impact of the information and psychological influence of the Russian Federation on the mass consciousness of Ukrainian citizens is determined. Ways to enhance the level of resistance to disinformation through the formation of a sustainable information immunity in Ukrainian society are proposed.

Doslìdženo vpliv rozvitku sučasnih komunìkativnih tehnologìĭ na transformacìû ìnformacìĭnogo prostoru. Viokremleno fenomeni formuvannâ novih suspìlʹnih ta socìalʹnih medìa. Proanalìzo- vano zmìni ukraì̈nsʹkogo medìĭnogo prostoru ta novacìì̈ ŝodo ĭogo reformuvannâ uprodovž 2022‒2023 rokìv. Viznačeno specifìku destruktivnostì ìnformacìĭno-psihologìčnogo vpli- vu Rosìĭsʹkoì̈ Federacìì̈ na masovu svìdomìstʹ gromadân Ukraì̈ni. Zaproponovano šlâhi pìdviŝennâ rìvnâ protidìì̈ dezìnformacìì̈ čerez formuvannâ v ukraì̈nsʹkomu suspìlʹstvì stìĭkogo ìnformacìĭnogo ìmunìtetu.
