• Abstract:
  
  
  The unprecedented political, economic and social crisis caused by the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus caused the municipal self-government administration to face the difficult challenge of meeting the collective needs of residents. It turned out that the existing mechanisms of urban policy were losing their effectiveness and efficiency. Therefore, the crisis situation forced a redefinition of the current manner of operation of the municipal self-government administration in Warsaw and Stockholm in particular sectoral (problematic) areas.

  Bezprecedensowy kryzys polityczny, gospodarczy i społeczny spowodowany rozprzestrzenianiem się koronawirusa SARS-CoV-2 sprawił, że miejska administracja samorządowa stanęła przed trudnym wyzwaniem zaspokajania zbiorowych potrzeb mieszkańców. Okazało się bowiem, że dotychczasowe mechanizmy prowadzenia polityki miejskiej traciły na skuteczności i efektywności. Kryzysowa sytuacja wymusiła zatem redefinicję dotychczasowych sposób działania miejskiej administracji samorządowej Warszawy i Sztokholmu w poszczególnych obszarach sektorowych (problemowych).
