  The article deals with the issue of Polish humanitarian aid for the victims of conflicts in the Middle East from 2015 to 2017. This is the period between assuming the position of Prime Minister by Beata Szydlo and taking it over by Mateusz Morawiecki. The article describes also the actions of the Ewa Kopacz’s government, undertaken by the end of 2015. The work is subject-organized and begins with describing the attitude of Prime Ministers Szydło and Morawiecki, the minister of foreign affairs, Witold Waszczykowski, President Andrzej Duda and key politicians of the ruling parties to the humanitarian aid for the victims of the Middle Eastern conflicts. The next step is an overview of government initiatives aimed at helping people in the region and, in the third part, the activities of Polish NGOs (Polish Humanitarian Action, Polish Center for International Aid, Caritas Poland).;
  
  
  
  Artykuł przybliża problematykę polskiej pomocy humanitarnej dla ofiar konfliktów na Bliskim Wschodzie, w latach 2015-2017. Przyjęta cezura obejmuje okres od wprowadzenia w urząd premiera Beaty Szydło, do powierzenia tego stanowiska Mateuszowi Morawieckiemu. Oglądowi poddano również działania podejmowane jeszcze przez rząd Ewy Kopacz, które realizowane były do końca 2015 r. Przedłożony tekst ma układ podmiotowy. Artykuł otwierają rozważania, które prezentują stosunek premierów Szydło i Morawieckiego, ministra spraw zagranicznych Witolda Waszczykowskiego, prezydenta Andrzeja Dudy, a także czołowych polityków ugrupowań rządzących do sprawy pomocy humanitarnej dla ofiar konfliktów na Bliskim Wschodzie. W kolejnym fragmencie dokonano przeglądu inicjatyw rządowych na rzecz potrzebujący w tym regionie, a w części trzeciej aktywności na tym polu realizowanych przez polskie organizacje pozarządowe (m. in. Polska Akcja Humanitarna, Polskie Centrum Pomocy Międzynarodowej, Caritas Polska).
