  The article presents a distinction between facts and assessments on a criminal-law criminal case. At the same time, reference is also made to facts that are created by assessments, which seem to be characteristic of criminal matters, in the context of the normative definition of the criminal law basis of valuation. It is the normative convention of action that will determine the significance of the facts underlying the case.;
  
  
  
  Artykuł prezentuje rozróżnienie faktów od ocen na grucie prawnokarnych spraw. Przy tym następuje też nawiązanie do faktów wyróżnionych oceniająco, które wydają się być charakterystyczne dla spraw karnych, w kontekście normatywnego określenia prawnokarnej podstawy wartościowania. To właśnie normatywna koncpecja czynu determinować będzie doniosłość faktów leżących u podłoża danej sprawy.
