The article presents conclusions reached due to the research project carried out and recommendations for the educational practice. It also illustrates the way of coming to conclusions which constitute the basis for constructing the conclusions. The paper focuses on specific methodological aspects of this way. It points to the symbolic interactionism and phenomenology as a theoretical framework for the adopted research perspective, i.e. the research participants’ (early education teachers) point of view. Contrastive analysis method as the means of selecting samples, episodic interview as the means of gathering data, and the grounded methodology which was used while analyzing the empirical material, are emphasized here. The article refers to the specificity of the snapshot and comparative studies, i.e. it outlines the project carried out. In addition, it mentions the research outcomes.
