Justice Antonin G. Scalia, who died in 2016, is recognized as the most famous justice in the history of American judiciary. Trying to introduce his person more closely, the author analyses his opinions on the matter of political nominations of the judges of the Supreme Court and then shows that Scalia’s conservative ideology, following the Founding Fathers’ opinions, expresses the support for the politization of the third power, which was realized by the implication of the original interpretation of the Constitution.
