Abstract:

The current job market for economic reasons requires equal treatment of all employees. The legal measures taken concern the equality, the protection of pregnant women and the protection of the freedom, life or physical or psychological integrity of employees. Legal regulations aimed at equality on the labor market have been accelerated. The latest legal solutions information about equal pay, including the period of child rearing for retirement benefits for women; increase the number of women in managerial positions and supervisory boards.
