Abstract:

The subject of this article is the definition of ancient term hubris. It is a basis for the reflection on human harm and resistance which protects the human dignity from unfair law and government. Author takes up the issue of the conditions justifying the resistance against the law. In particular author focuses on the individual harms which may become a basis for the resisting.
