Abstract:

This paper offers an insight into the issue of assigning public services to non-public entities. With regard to the servicing administration, whose responsibilities include education services, the analysis covers transformations in education that reflect the dynamics of the development of public services and the diversity of administrative units in the context of the central and local government’s responsibility for ensuring public education services.
