Abstract:

Proposed/chosen topic will be presented in three pillars. The first one concerns issues related to generally binding law – enforced and applied by authorities – as a law serving the truth.The enforcement of law in this regard involves also a problem of truth in lawmaking operation of public administration undertaken on the basis of detailed or general authorisations.The second pillar delves into the issue of truth from a point of view regarding its procedural, institutional and substantive protection whilst enforcing administrative law.The third pillar deals with a method of protection over the truth in operation of public administration within administrative courts’ review of operation, failure to act and lengthiness of public administration.
