In the following article, the author considers the effect of the ascertainments of the court made in the course of the criminal proceedings on the civil proceedings, and in particular the effects of the preliminary matter and the issue of the civil court binding resulting from the criminal judgment.  

W niniejszym opracowaniu autor rozważa wpływ ustaleń wydanych przez sąd w postępowaniu karnym na postępowanie cywilne, a w szczególności skutki prejudycjalności oraz zakres związania sądu cywilnego wyrokiem karnym.
