Abstract:

Today, just before the amendment to the Higher Education Act is introduced, it is still up to date whether the myth of Humboldt University will lose its significance in the future. The end of the twentieth century contributed to shaping the entrepreneurial model of universities. Legislative changes will direct the reform of higher education to a model called a research or partnership model. In the face of these changes, it is important to determine whether the reflection of students and college graduates is taken into account in the framework of the implementation of the higher education process because of the predominance of the knowledge, skills and social competences that are necessary and desirable in the labor market.  

Obecnie, na chwilę przed wprowadzeniem nowelizacji ustawy o szkolnictwie wyższym, wciąż aktualne pozostaje pytanie o to, czy mit uniwersytetu Humboldta całkowicie utraci w przyszłości na znaczeniu. Koniec XX wieku przyczynił się do kształtowania modelu przedsiębiorczego w uczelniach. Zmiany legislacyjne ukierunkowują natomiast reformy szkoły wyższej w kierunku modelu określanego jako model badawczy lub inaczej partnerski. W obliczu zaistniałych zmian istotne staje się ustalenie czy refleksyjność studentów i absolwentów uczelni jest brana pod uwagę w ramach założeń realizacji procesu kształcenia w szkołach wyższych ze względu na dominację kształtowania tej wiedzy, umiejętności oraz kompetencji społecznych, które są niezbędne i pożądane na rynku pracy.
