The article intends to present complicated circumstances of a reflective pedagogue in ambiguous and undetermined reality as well as in socio-political situation of our country. The paper presents also a model of a reflective pedagogue and his work, including the most important characteristics of his personality and his pedagogical and educational workshop. The article stresses the key role pedagogues have in creating the 21st century society.
