The paper will attempt to show the contents and forms of reflexivity of teachers as well as their attitudes toward these various changes, in the light of the analysis of their personal documents: diaries, autobiographies and other personal statements from years 1989–2015. The results suggest that the change is the basic context of life and work of the teachers in these years, and requires reflective, critical attitude supported by deep knowledge and thorough education.
