Abstract:

In the French system, social economy entities become an important partner in the implementation of public tasks. In the 1980s, social economy was introduced into the legal order. It is worth pointing out the amendments adopted by Law No 2015-856 of 31 July 2014 on social economy and solidarity, which sets out the basic objectives and principles of action of social economy actors, ie combating inequalities and social exclusion. In France, the social economy brings together collectives, including associations, foundations, integration firms (labor market) or cooperatives.
