Abstract:

The author of the article looks at the key challenges of the Polish eastern policy that the Law and Justice party faced in the first year of its government which began at the end of 2015. The paper presents the political manifesto of Law and Justice concerning foreign policy, the effects of its implementation and interests of such countries as Belarus, Russia and Ukraine which create specific conditions in which Poland is trying to fulfil the goals of its eastern policy.
