Czasopismo naukowe „Folia Iuridica Universitatis Wratislaviensis” ukazuje się od 2012 roku (do numeru vol. 3 no. 2/2014 ukazywało się pod tytułem „Folia Iuridica Wratislaviensis” ISSN 2299-8322). Zakres tematyczny tekstów obejmuje szeroko rozumiane zagadnienia z zakresu prawa publicznego i prywatnego, a także z historii i teorii prawa.

Abstract:

The article presents the nature of notary act and the author explains the nature of notary service in Poland. The jurisdiction of notary’s services defines the possible activities that can be serviced by notarial offices in various countries and notary’s responsibility for the act, which is an official document. The notary act uses some presumptions which attribute the notary act with a special position in the juridical system.  

W artykule przedstawiona została definicja dokumentu na tle prawa polskiego oraz w wybranych aktach prawa unijnego. Przeanalizowany został akt notarialny jako szczególna forma dokumentu urzędowego oraz zaprezentowana została funkcja notariusza jako osoby zaufania publicznego, gwarantującego bezpieczny obrót prawny.
