Abstract:

The issue of the safety of local communities is an important element widely understood national security. Local communities in the context of decentralization of the state will play an increasingly important role in the prevention of crime and other social pathologies. Increased awareness about the impact of a good level of security on quality of life and social development will determine the activities of public and private bodies in this sphere. Good cooperation and coordination of so many actors to local security is a prerequisite for the efficiency of the overall system security of local communities.
