Abstract:

This study indicates an issue of the impact that methods of inter-temporal regulation found in legal order may have on the legal situation of an entity in relation to views of legal academics, the jurisdiction of the Constitutional Tribunal, and administrative courts. It also includes a suggested direction of the administrative law analysis concerning the norms of inter-temporal law affecting legal situations of administered entities.
