Abstract:

The network perspective has been applied to a broad domain of substantive issues across multiple disciplines. In recent years, this perspective has been increasingly applied to the issue of cross-border cooperation. The main purpose of this article is to outline key network concepts and present the process of formation identity of this type of cooperation.
