Abstract:

The phenomenon of multiculturalism of the contemporary societies, manifested by divergent citizenship and nationality, ethnic diversity, speaking various languages, following different religions, confessions and values, as well as the sense of belonging to various cultural minorities, is also reflected in the population of the crime offenders, or those sentenced on the ground of committing a crime and being subject to punishment or other measures, including imprisonment.
