Abstract:

The article summarises the most important information about the forms employment of convicts. The aim of this publication is to present the regulations existing in the Polish legal system which affect the labour of convicts. I emphasize the non-labour employment of penal type, which manifests itself in sending convicts to work under the decision of the penitentiary director. It also compares features of the code and the constitution in terms of labour.
