Abstract:

This publication is divided into three substantive sections. The first of them were theoretical issues relating to the rule of law. The second focuses on the issues of the rule of law in court. The third and last, is a collection of various studies, both theoretical and practical issues in a comprehensive European legal culture. The presented work is the development of the papers presented at the National Scientific Conference “The rule of law and European legal culture”, which took place on 29-30 May 2014. Zieleniec. We hope to put into the hands of readers of the publication will inspire further reflection on the idea of the rule of law and European legal culture. The book can also be used as a teaching aid.
