Czasopismo naukowe „Folia Iuridica Universitatis Wratislaviensis” ukazuje się od 2012 roku (do numeru vol. 3 no. 2/2014 ukazywało się pod tytułem „Folia Iuridica Wratislaviensis” ISSN 2299-8322). Zakres tematyczny tekstów obejmuje szeroko rozumiane zagadnienia z zakresu prawa publicznego i prywatnego, a także z historii i teorii prawa.

Abstract:

The article is devoted to the reflections on whether the statutory changes that have recently taken place with regard to the legal structure of a construction works contract, and which focus on empowering subcontractors demanding the payment of their remuneration, also encompass the remuneration of architects. They are often the investors’ subcontractors themselves. Although the motives behind the changes would suggest a positive answer to this question, a closer analysis of the statutory solutions leads to the opposite conclusion, since in this regard the announcement of the legislator has not been fulfilled.
