Zakres tematyczny tekstów obejmuje szeroko rozumiane zagadnienia z zakresu prawa publicznego i prywatnego, a także z historii i teorii prawa.

Abstract:

In view of the development of economic processes and the resulting consequences, combating unfair competition has become an important problem facing legislators in the 19th and 20th centuries. In Europe two systems of combating this phenomenon have developed: the continental and the Anglo-Saxon system. Continental patterns, especially German and French, have had a particular impact on the Polish solution within this area. The article discusses the impact of the German and French legal solutions on the Polish Act on combating unfair competition of 1926. It stresses that the Polish concept of repression of this phenomenon cannot be strictly attributed to the German or French model of combating unfair competition. It was a indirect, original concept of Polish legal thought, only partly alluding to the foreign counterparts.
