Abstract:

The principle of equality, despite its twenty-four years of existence in the Basic Law, still occupies a prominent place in the branch of law. Moreover, it should be noted that it raises numerous doubts among the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Tribunal and the doctrine of the subject, despite the well-established concept of its understanding. The above divergences, despite the constant elements determining it, require unification. This is due to changing social and economic factors, the adjustment of which does not remain an easy matter. As a result, the multifaceted nature of the principle of equality continues to be an intensive factor shaping individual rights in the modern world.
