Regulation : Limitation and Entitlement

Subject and Keywords:

regulation   economic regulation   freedom   freedom of economic activity

Abstract:

In legal terms, regulation is defining the principles, conditions or detailed issues of undertaking and carrying out activities in a specific area of activity. Individual regulations distinguish the subject, legal instruments of regulation and the conditions for using them, and indicate the public authorities that use them. Regulation in this way is also an element of the legal model of legally protected freedoms. The essence of the freedoms indicated in the Constitution is determined not only by their content by the constitution-maker. Its shape is also significantly influenced by the powers granted to public authorities to limit freedoms and measures for their protection, vested in the subjects of freedom.
