Abstract:

Adopting a proactive approach to one’s career is now becoming a necessary condition for the effective planning, monitoring, and managing of one’s own professional future, and thus increasing the chances of success in the flexible labour market. These issues become especially cognitively interesting in the case of young people who are about to actively participate in their space.
