Abstract:

The discussion on the revision of the education model is particularly associated with the demands of the economy, and technological progress, as well as with common digitisation, which sets requirements for the new human competences. However, it is very diffcult to formulate a long-term strategic program for the development of competences needed for the next few years, but it is possible to lay down guidelines for development of the education system, which would facilitate a creative adaptation to dynamic changes in the future.  

Dyskusja nad zmianą modelu edukacji wiązana jest szczególnie z potrzebami gospodarki i postępem technologicznym, z powszechną cyfryzacją, wyznaczającą zapotrzebowanie na nowe ludzkie kompetencje. Bardzo trudno jednak jest sformułować długookresowy, strategiczny program rozwijania kompetencji potrzebnych na wiele lat. Możliwe jest za to określenie takich kierunków rozwoju systemu edukacji, które w przyszłości ułatwią człowiekowi twórczą adaptację do dynamicznych zmian.
