The cooperation of parents and teachers is a factor conditioning the effectiveness of schoolwork (with particular emphasis on early education) – theoretical perspective

Abstract:

The family is a very important indicator of children’s educational opportunities, often even a decisive factor. The school, in order to be a friendly, modern, and safe place, conducive to the full development of students, in order to successfully carry out its tasks, must somehow “convince” parents who will contribute to the atmosphere of the facility, cooperate with the management, educators, teachers, will follow the same pattern, and always keep in mind the good of the child. The cooperation of teachers and parents is generally understood as the performance of joint actions by them, serving the selection and well-being of individual students and the class in general. The cooperation of the school and the family is conducive to a better knowledge and understanding of students by teachers and parents, re-evaluation of attitudes of teachers and parents, taking into account the correct educational approach, providing mutual assistance, and creating a mutual educational atmosphere at school and at home.
