Abstract:

The aim of this study was to characterize some of the theoretical characteristics, typical for the kinds of modified offences, especially dynamics, relativity, and proportionality. It was found that the analyzed category of offences shows a higher level of dynamics in the qualified variety, which is particularly marked on the formal, naming, and personal level. Their relativity, in turn, is reflected in the relationships between the basic type and modified types, as well as between individual modified types. The proportionality is updated in the process of the basic type forming two modified varieties: privileged and qualified, and modifying features functioning in their structure
